Warranty Policy

How Do I file a warranty claim?

SureTech offers a one-year warranty on all new products purchased from SurTech’s Amazon store or SureTech’s official website. If you believe your product is faulty, please fill out this form to submit a warranty claim.

After you’ve completed and submitted the warranty claim form, our customer service team will respond to you via email within 5 working days and process your claim. At this time, they will address your concern, but may request relevant information from you.

For quality-related warranty claims, we will replace it with a new product of the same model for you. In situations where an exact model replacement is not available, SureTech will offer a similar current-generation product as a replacement. If the issue involves accessories, we will replace them separately.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once a refund is requested, the refund process will be initiated.

  • For non-quality related warranty claims, SureTech refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 30-day window has lapsed.

Can you pair these earbuds with two devices at the same time?

Yes. These earbuds can pair with two devices at one time, but you will need to “disconnect” devices that are not in use.

-How do you properly wear earbuds?

Look at the L/R logo on the back of the earbuds to ensure that the left and right earbuds are being worn on the correct sides. Turn the earbuds while wearing them and find the most comfortable position.

-Can you wear either earbud alone and still adjust the volume with the earbud you're wearing?

Yes, you can use a single earbud and adjust the volume.

-Can I use both of the earbuds independently?

Yes, Each earbud can be used as a single speaker.

-Can others hear your music or calls?

No, generally they can’t. but if you use the loudest volume, it may be heard.

-Do this earbuds have a microphone?

Yes, each earbud has two microphones.  It uses one to listen to your voice, and it uses the second one to listen for ambient sounds for “Environmental Noise Cancellation” (ENC) to ensure your voice is clear to the caller.

-Can you use for phone calls?

Yes, each earbud includes two microphones as stated above, you can use these earbuds for calls.

-Are earbuds really water proof?

These earbuds are rated IPX5 water-resistant, designed for activities like running, yoga, gym workouts, cycling, camping, etc. However, they should not be used while swimming or submerged in water.

-Will earbuds charge while the case is charging?

Yes-and-No.  When earbuds are in the case, and the case is charging, the case will charge the earbuds first and then it will shift to charging the battery inside the charging case afterward.

-How do you charge it?

You can charge it with USB-C Cable. 

-Are these earbuds actually noise cancelling, or do they only dull the background noises?

Yes, these earbuds provide >25dB of Active Noise Cancelling (ANC).

What should I do if my phone is not charging wirelessly/charging slowly on the MagSafe charger?

Please check:

  • Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
  • Use the included charging cable.
  • Your power adapter or USB port outputs at least 65W.
  • Your protective case is less than 2mm thick.
  • There are no metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your phone and the charger.

Additional information about wireless charging speeds:

  • Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging.
  • Limiting the number of applications you have open simultaneously on your phone will improve charging speed.
  • High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power, which is something that happens during wireless charging.
  • When your iPhone stops charging at 80%, it may be due to "Optimized Battery Charging". Please check whether turning it off helps. Click Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Turn off "Optimized Battery Charging". If you haven't enabled "Optimized Battery Charging", the issue is mostly caused by the iOS upgrade. Please upgrade or wait for the next system upgrade.

What should I do if my AirPods case is not charging/charging slowly?

Not charging or slow charging is usually caused by using a thick protective case or the wrong AirPods charging case model.

  • Please check if your AirPods charging case supports wireless charging. An AirPods charging case with an outside indicator light supports wireless charging. For further information, please refer to: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209580

 

  • The AirPods protective case is no greater than 2 mm thick.

 

  • Your AirPods charging case is positioned exactly in the center of the charging pad.

 

 Additional information:

  • Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging.
  • The charger has a maximum output of 5W for AirPods. 
  • The indicator light on the AirPods case will display for 8 seconds when it is powered on, but it will not stay on while it is charging.

How do I securely attach my phone to the MagSafe charger?

Phone attachment issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.

 

Please check:

  • Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe charging capabilities (iPhone 12 series or later).
  • Your case is either a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.

Taking care of your Portable Charger for Apple Watch:

When charging, please “eject” the watch charging arm and place the back of the watch onto the top of the watch charging arm to properly align the watch to the charging arm.  The watch should present a charging indicator when the alignment is correct.  

After charging, you can fold the charging arm if wanted.

Why does wireless charging get slightly hot?

This device is Qi 2.2 certified, and has multiple safety technologies built in, but it is normal for your device to generate heat during wireless charging, especially during extended sessions or when gaming or streaming videos. The metal body design helps dissipate heat efficiency, which may make the device feel slightly warm.

If the product becomes excessively warm, try moving it to a cooler or shaded environment (around 77°F / 25°C).

When I pick up my phone, it lifts the entire wireless charger. What should I do?

Since the product itself is not particularly heavy, and to ensure the magnetic attachment remains secure, you may inadvertently lift the entire device when picking up your phone. We recommend lifting from the bottom when removing your phone. This allows you to remove the phone with one hand without lifting the entire product.
